Silica Sand


Raw sand is passed by washing, classilying, scrubbing. …etc. After many repeated process and according to
CNS to sieve & classify, the final product is called as refined foundry sand, which is suitable for high-class foundry use,this kind of sand has following advantages:

1. The content of SiO2 and refractory are very high.
2. Clay contents 0.5% max. so can save cost.
3. Sub angular to round grain shape ensure great permeability.
4. The quality and pureness are even, water content under 0.1%
5. Long durability,good return and saving cost.
6. PH value is stable and fixed to neutral, and quality control is strict.
7. According to CNS specification. To classify, so it is very convenient to use.
